Culinary power couple Chefs Tamara Chavez and Daniel Chavez are back with an all-vegetarian menu, brimming with superfoods packaged in super delicious dishes. Look forward to the signature Peruvian flavours coming through in dishes such as the smokey and spicy Roasted Cauliflower Taco ($24++)<\/strong>, a veggie-filled take on the Jalea Primavera ($30++)<\/strong>, and, of course, a\u00a0Vegetarian Ceviche Power ($25++)<\/strong>, made with hearts of palm and sparking tiger’s milk.<\/p>\n
