Latin America\u2019s Best Female Chef 2022, <\/span>Manoella \u2018Manu\u2019 Buffara<\/b> of Manu Restaurant in Brazil, will take over <\/span>Kiln, <\/b>at the Ace<\/strong> Hotel Sydney <\/b>on 4 to 6 June 2024<\/strong>. Buffara<\/span>, known for her commitment to environmental and social sustainability, will showcase her pioneering approach to fine dining using New South Wales’ finest produce.
